Bu durum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda \u00e7ok da yad\u0131rganacak bir durum de\u011fildir. Aksine \u00e7ok s\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmak i\u00e7ten bile de\u011fil. Neden diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kan ilk durum elbetteki m\u00fckemmeliyet\u00e7i bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kaynaklan\u0131r. Bireylerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131ndan bekledikleri m\u00fckemmel performans, onlar\u0131n hata yapma haklar\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucuna g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcr y\u00f6neticiyi. Halbu ki hata gayet insani bir olgudur. Her insan\u0131n hata yapma hakk\u0131 ve hatta \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc vard\u0131r, olmal\u0131d\u0131r da. Nitekim y\u00f6neticinin as\u0131l g\u00f6revlerinden birisi de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131n hatalar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczeltmek de\u011fil midir? Burada ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken temel nokta d\u00fczeltilmi\u015f konuda bir daha ayn\u0131 hatan\u0131n tekrarlanmamas\u0131d\u0131r. Nitekim d\u00fczeltme yap\u0131lana kadar tabir hata iken d\u00fczeltildikten sonra tercih hatta sonraki a\u015famlarda ise art\u0131k art niyet girer devreye. \u015eimdi kastetti\u011fimiz hatan\u0131n ilk haliyle yani hata olarak kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlar i\u00e7indir. Peki hata tolerans\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck y\u00f6neticilerin bu tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 nelere sebep oluyor hi\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fck m\u00fc? \u015e\u00f6yle ki hata yapma hakk\u0131 ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc elinden al\u0131nan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, y\u00f6neticisine ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 hale geliyor ve inisiyatif kullanmaktan geri duruyor. Her konuda y\u00f6neticisine dan\u0131\u015fan ve onun talimatlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda i\u015f yapan bir duruma geliyor. Bireysel \u00e7aba sadece y\u00f6neticinin emirleri do\u011frultusunda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Nitekim de\u011fi\u015fen i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131 ko\u015fullar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u00f6neticinin istisnalarla y\u00f6netmesi gerekirken, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ve y\u00f6netime kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu durumun ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilmesi ise inisiyatif kullanabilen, yenilik\u00e7i, yarat\u0131c\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye sahip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar yoluyla oluyor. \u00d6yleyse y\u00f6neticilerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 sessizle\u015ftirmemesi ve hata yapma \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine sayg\u0131 duyarak, hata yapman\u0131n bir insani hak oldu\u011funu bilmesi gerekiyor. Y\u0131llard\u0131r mezun etti\u011fimiz \u00f6\u011frenciler hep bizden yani hocalar\u0131ndan daha y\u00fcksek getirili i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131lar. Hele g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz dijital ileti\u015fim teknolojilerinin sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 maddi getirileri ve kolaydan para kazanma yollar\u0131n\u0131 deneyimleyen bir nesil i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p az kazanmak hi\u00e7 de mant\u0131kl\u0131 gelmeyecektir. Burada iki konu \u00fczerinde durmak gerekiyor. Akademik kariyerin stat\u00fcs\u00fc ve bireysel tatmini ve alternatif i\u015flerin maddi getirisi.
